I am very grateful for this company - exceptional service from the staff who pick up the phones to the service reps who come out to assess and solve the problem. I've had a couple pest issues through the years and feel so lucky to have been helped by two representatives at different times - Kyle and Michael both were professional, friendly and dedicated to the solution in achieving a pest free home... thanks to both of you so much!

Pacific Exterminator was friendly, professional, and always courteous on their visits. It seems they are one of the few companies that will also do abatement on condos which I am very thankful for. They did a great job in weekly checks on traps and so far were able to get rid of the rodent problem I had in my attic. Lance was even kind enough to follow up on some spots I had concerns about within the warranty. I definitely recommend!

We are very pleased with Anthony and Pacific Exterminator’s work with our house. We are not seeing bugs/roaches anymore. He was very helpful and responsive when we had questions.

Almost two years and great success at our house. Pacific Exterminator rescued us from huge bug bites. Their combination of spray and neutering the bugs with specially created bugs who can't create new mosquitos has been entirely successful. From the President to the technicians and schedulers, these people are always helpful and polite. No photos because NO BUGS.

We are the largest HOA in Conejo Valley with 648 units and 75 acres w 300 bait stations. We are surrounded by open space and switched over to Pacific and have not been disappointed. We have them take care of our gophers as well. Three Cheers for Pacific. Jim M

I've been a property for quite some time now. I'd say 10+ years, just to not age me. I've worked with several pest companies and can I just say - Pacific Exterminator is THE BEST extermination vendor when it comes to - 1) responsiveness; 2) organization & prep 3) information 4) staff and above ALL ELSE 5) treatment!

Im super happy to report that I have never had an issue with pests at ANY of my buildings and I thank that in HUGE part to all of my CLEAN tenants and then PacEx (my nickname for them in my phone - we're close like that! HEY OFFICE STAFF!! I love you ALL!)

This was the first time I’ve used Pacific Exterminators for pest control and I have to say I am so pleased with this experience!!! Kyle was very courteous and such a clear professional in what he does!!! He was very quick, efficient, and made sure to tackle the concerns I had that our last technician had missed while keeping me in the loop on what he was doing the entire process! I’ll certainly be requesting him again for the next round of services!

The exterminator, Tony had helped my kitchen. He was efficient and gave me many useful suggestions against the cockroaches with very friendly service.

Dangelo from Pacific Exterminator was absolutely amazing. He showed up on time, was super professional, and explained everything he was doing. The treatment worked fast and he even gave tips to prevent pests in the future. Great experience all around!
