I appreciate the Inspector and Technician at Pacific Exterminator showing up on the scheduled time. That allows me to do other tasks for the day. I also appreciate Lance for guiding me what needs to be done immediately and what can wait. This certainly helps out in budgeting. Michael is also very thorough in the treatment and I like him using the compressor to inject the chemical as opposed to a manual drill. Shout out to Pacific Exterminator -they definitely win my trust

Great company, all the technicians are very knowledgeable and are dedicated to their occupations. Their knowledge in pest control, from bed bugs to cockroaches are above their competitors.

Furthermore, their termite inspectors get their reports out very quickly, also the wood repair crew are very thorough and clean up their work site.

While I am normally not home when the exterminator comes by, today I had the good fortune of meeting the technician servicing my home, Jose Rosales. He was a very professional young man who honestly seemed profoundly interested in making sure that all of my pest needs were handled. In my opinion, one of the things that sets Pacific Exterminator apart from others that have serviced my property is this commitment to excellence that remains well after the initial visits.

D’Angelo from pacific exterminator was amazing. He was on time , super professional, and an expert at what he do 💯. He was great at explaining everything he was doing. The treatment works super efficiently and he gave me tips on how to prevent pets in the future. The experience was amazing all around. Quick, clean, and effective! Pacific Exterminator arrived same day and didn’t waste time. They treated the exterior and interior of my home for spiders, and I haven’t seen one since. These guys know their stuff.

I've been a property for quite some time now. I'd say 10+ years, just to not age me. I've worked with several pest companies and can I just say - Pacific Exterminator is THE BEST extermination vendor when it comes to - 1) responsiveness; 2) organization & prep 3) information 4) staff and above ALL ELSE 5) treatment!

Im super happy to report that I have never had an issue with pests at ANY of my buildings and I thank that in HUGE part to all of my CLEAN tenants and then PacEx (my nickname for them in my phone - we're close like that! HEY OFFICE STAFF!! I love you ALL!)

Almost two years and great success at our house. Pacific Exterminator rescued us from huge bug bites. Their combination of spray and neutering the bugs with specially created bugs who can't create new mosquitos has been entirely successful. From the President to the technicians and schedulers, these people are always helpful and polite. No photos because NO BUGS.

Outstanding customer service. Gave thorough explanation of what was needed and how their service works. They did everything they said the would do and continue to monitor our property. How many times have you call a business at 6:30 AM to check scheduling and had the owner answer the telephone with, "Good Morning, Dennis." They are that good.
