Pacific Exterminator

I've been a property for quite some time now. I'd say 10+ years, just to not age me. I've worked with several pest companies and can I just say - Pacific Exterminator is THE BEST extermination vendor when it comes to - 1) responsiveness; 2) organization & prep 3) information 4) staff and above ALL ELSE 5) treatment!

Im super happy to report that I have never had an issue with pests at ANY of my buildings and I thank that in HUGE part to all of my CLEAN tenants and then PacEx (my nickname for them in my phone - we're close like that! HEY OFFICE STAFF!! I love you ALL!)

Pacific Exterminators are UNEQUALED! Office staff and service team are all outstanding, especially John Guerra who solved a dangerous emergency quickly and carefully.

We had Kyle from Pacific come out to inspect our house. They were punctual, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I will use them every time I need a termite inspection.

Great attention to detail and excellent follow-up services. Highly recommend.

This was the first time I’ve used Pacific Exterminators for pest control and I have to say I am so pleased with this experience!!! Kyle was very courteous and such a clear professional in what he does!!! He was very quick, efficient, and made sure to tackle the concerns I had that our last technician had missed while keeping me in the loop on what he was doing the entire process! I’ll certainly be requesting him again for the next round of services!

D’Angelo from pacific exterminator was amazing. He was on time , super professional, and an expert at what he do 💯. He was great at explaining everything he was doing. The treatment works super efficiently and he gave me tips on how to prevent pets in the future. The experience was amazing all around. Great service, Tony was very helpful and had a well demeanor when servicing the units and explaining to me what needs to be done.

I am very grateful for this company - exceptional service from the staff who pick up the phones to the service reps who come out to assess and solve the problem. I've had a couple pest issues through the years and feel so lucky to have been helped by two representatives at different times - Kyle and Michael both were professional, friendly and dedicated to the solution in achieving a pest free home... thanks to both of you so much!

When we learned that a mouse/mice found their way into our apartment over winter, it became clear that our landlord would do the absolute minimum. He filled the hole they burrowed through with a foam sealant that the mice chewed right through. When I called around to find help, Pacific was highly recommended by a couple other companies. Michael did the original inspection and answered all of our questions. He was thorough, professional, and put our minds at ease.

I will be requesting Tony for every service. He showed up on time, listened to our problems, and explained everything that he was going to be doing very well! *****
