We recently had our property sprayed for ants and we had rat traps set out. The service was outstanding & they followed up without having to call them back. Very happy

I am very grateful for this company - exceptional service from the staff who pick up the phones to the service reps who come out to assess and solve the problem. I've had a couple pest issues through the years and feel so lucky to have been helped by two representatives at different times - Kyle and Michael both were professional, friendly and dedicated to the solution in achieving a pest free home... thanks to both of you so much!

Amazing experience! My granny house had roaches. The technician was super polite, explained the process, and was very thorough with the treatment. I could tell they really cared about doing a good job.

Pacific Exterminator was friendly, professional, and always courteous on their visits. It seems they are one of the few companies that will also do abatement on condos which I am very thankful for. They did a great job in weekly checks on traps and so far were able to get rid of the rodent problem I had in my attic. Lance was even kind enough to follow up on some spots I had concerns about within the warranty. I definitely recommend!

I appreciate the Inspector and Technician at Pacific Exterminator showing up on the scheduled time. That allows me to do other tasks for the day. I also appreciate Lance for guiding me what needs to be done immediately and what can wait. This certainly helps out in budgeting. Michael is also very thorough in the treatment and I like him using the compressor to inject the chemical as opposed to a manual drill. Quick, clean, and effective! Pacific Exterminator arrived same day and didn’t waste time. They treated the exterior and interior of my home for spiders, and I haven’t seen one since. These guys know their stuff.
