While I am normally not home when the exterminator comes by, today I had the good fortune of meeting the technician servicing my home, Jose Rosales. He was a very professional young man who honestly seemed profoundly interested in making sure that all of my pest needs were handled. I appreciate the Inspector and Technician at Pacific Exterminator showing up on the scheduled time. That allows me to do other tasks for the day. Michael is also very thorough in the treatment and I like him using the compressor to inject the chemical as opposed to a manual drill.
