Jim Dellinger
Chief Operating Officer
Born in Santa Monica, CA, Jim has been a Conejo Valley resident for most of his life. Jim began his pest control career with a local pest control company shortly after graduating high school. After 5 years, Jim accepted a supervisory position with a large regional pest control company. In 2000, he partnered to start Vertex Pest Solutions, which grew to service California, Arizona & Nevada. After 13 years, Jim decided to sell his portion of the company to focus on starting his own company catering to communities in Ventura, Los Angeles, and Orange County. With over 38 years of experience in pest control, Jim brings his expertise to help serve homeowners and businesses across several industries including property/facilities management, business facilities and offices, industrial buildings & warehouses, food service, healthcare, hospitality, and parks and recreational facilities.
