When we learned that a mouse/mice found their way into our apartment over winter, it became clear that our landlord would do the absolute minimum. He filled the hole they burrowed through with a foam sealant that the mice chewed right through. When I called around to find help, Pacific was highly recommended by a couple other companies. Michael did the original inspection and answered all of our questions. He was thorough, professional, and put our minds at ease.

Outstanding customer service. Gave thorough explanation of what was needed and how their service works. They did everything they said the would do and continue to monitor our property.
