How Can We Help You Today?

Very Satisfied with service, technician was amazing and helpful with all questions we had. Recommended and Trust worthy Service

When we learned that a mouse/mice found their way into our apartment over winter, it became clear that our landlord would do the absolute minimum. He filled the hole they burrowed through with a foam sealant that the mice chewed right through. When I called around to find help, Pacific was highly recommended by a couple other companies. Michael did the original inspection and answered all of our questions. He was thorough, professional, and put our minds at ease.

This was the first time I’ve used Pacific Exterminators for pest control and I have to say I am so pleased with this experience!!! Kyle was very courteous and such a clear professional in what he does!!! He was very quick, efficient, and made sure to tackle the concerns I had that our last technician had missed while keeping me in the loop on what he was doing the entire process! I’ll certainly be requesting him again for the next round of services!

Great company. Jim is great and another guy came last month and I wasn't able to properly introduce myself and I didn't catch his name. Sorry!

But I'm sure he's good too.

Referred you to my in-laws and will definitely refer you to anyone that needs your service!

Almost two years and great success at our house. Pacific Exterminator rescued us from huge bug bites. Their combination of spray and neutering the bugs with specially created bugs who can't create new mosquitos has been entirely successful. From the President to the technicians and schedulers, these people are always helpful and polite. No photos because NO BUGS.

I wanted to reach out to give a shout out to Joseph. In February, I emailed Pacific Exterminators the message below because I appreciated him. He came back today for another treatment and was extra friendly, helpful, and made me feel very confident that he would do a great job. He is a professional and deserves extra praise.

Outstanding customer service. Gave thorough explanation of what was needed and how their service works. They did everything they said the would do and continue to monitor our property. How many times have you call a business at 6:30 AM to check scheduling and had the owner answer the telephone with, "Good Morning, Dennis." They are that good.

I appreciate the Inspector and Technician at Pacific Exterminator showing up on the scheduled time. That allows me to do other tasks for the day. I also appreciate Lance for guiding me what needs to be done immediately and what can wait. This certainly helps out in budgeting. Michael is also very thorough in the treatment and I like him using the compressor to inject the chemical as opposed to a manual drill. Shout out to Pacific Exterminator -they definitely win my trust

Today I had the nicest service man Mike come to my place for termite extermination, as you can see the job got done , quickly and efficiently.I highly recommend this company for all your pest extermination needs...

Thank you Pacific Exterminator and Mike .😊

We recently had our property sprayed for ants and we had rat traps set out. The service was outstanding & they followed up without having to call them back. Very happy

Pacific Exterminator was friendly, professional, and always courteous on their visits. It seems they are one of the few companies that will also do abatement on condos which I am very thankful for. They did a great job in weekly checks on traps and so far were able to get rid of the rodent problem I had in my attic. Lance was even kind enough to follow up on some spots I had concerns about within the warranty. I definitely recommend!

HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! They are very professional efficient and very respectful. Let tenants know what service was provided, time entered into the unit and time they could return.

Thank you John and Steve for the outstanding job and effective results !!!
