Each commercial pest control service visit, reports are generated in the Next Wave Reporting System. These reports will contain pertinent information regarding your facility. For each inspected device or service, your Integrated Pest Management Service Specialist utilizes uniquely numbered barcodes and a scanner to electronically record important details during your service. The information recorded during these inspections includes the date and time of inspection, evidence of an infestation, pest activity levels, damage of facility, sanitation issues, a record of any and all materials used during the inspection, and any recommendations for the prevention of future infestations.

Non-Food Establishments

Interior

  • Spray Treatment- Our spray treatment focuses on any cracks and crevices throughout your business that occasional invaders will travel and harborage in.
  • Interior Baiting Stations- These stations are generally placed around door entries and interior walls.
  • Monitor and Seal Treatment- This treatment involves sealing any openings around windows and doors, or harborage areas that pests can use as easy access points. Using our Integrated Pest Management Program and Quality Check, we will monitor these areas.

Exterior

  • Insect Treatment- This service focuses on the exterior foundation of the facility. We initially spray the exterior foundation, surrounding grass areas, shrubbery or any areas that may attract occasional invaders with our low-volume, low-toxicity spray.
  • Rodent Treatment- We use our Rodent Bait Stations installed around the foundation, shrubbery areas, and rodent harborage areas, which are designed to protect the building from a threat of rodent activity.

Restaurant/Food Handling Establishments

Roaches and rodents are the most common threat to food handling establishments. These pests can be brought into businesses that purchase food and services that are manufactured and stored in warehouses. These hitchhiking pests can be brought in through packages that are delivered and brought into facilities. Once the presence of insects or rodents has been detected, all foods or goods are considered contaminated, leaving a business owner in a troubling and expensive situation.

Restaurant and food handling services

  • Initial inspection of the interior and exterior of the facility. Providing the client with a detailed report of our findings.
  • Rodent Services- Tin cats, mechanical traps, glue boards, determining how the rodents are making their way into the establishment.
  • Flying Insect Services- Determine the source during the initial inspection, remove the sources, cleaning drains that have developed debris and sludge. When dealing with plants, sometimes the removal of the soil and replanting will be required.
  • Crawling Insect Services- Identification of crawling insects, finding the harborage area, developing the proper course of treatment. Each type of crawling insect is different and requires different treatments.
  • Sanitation Services- A report will be given to the client from our New Wave reporting system that will outline the best course on keeping your establishment sanitary and pest-free. Our technicians will rid the establishment of any rodent and insect presence, vacuum any fecal matter left behind by pests,  and disinfect surface areas.
